A multi-concept hospitality group operating five venues in DIFC, JBR, and Dubai Marina was struggling with declining weeknight covers. Each restaurant was running siloed campaigns, with creative produced by separate freelancers and reservations tracked by hand.
Krew became their fractional growth team. We consolidated paid social under one Meta account structure, built a creative system shared across the five brands, and tied the reservation system (SevenRooms) into GA4 and Meta via server-side events.
Within 90 days, blended ROAS reached 3.2x, weeknight covers were up 41% across the group, and the leadership team finally had a single dashboard showing covers, average spend per cover, and channel contribution by location.
