Ford Middle East needed an always-on content engine across UAE, KSA, and the wider GCC — connecting model launches, dealer activations, and cultural moments into one consistent brand story.
Krew operated as Ford's content partner: shooting commercial film on every new model arrival, building social-first cutdowns for Instagram and TikTok, producing localised Arabic and English creative for each campaign, and maintaining a content calendar tied to regional moments (Ramadan, National Day, off-roading season). Performance was tracked in a shared dashboard alongside dealer leads, configurator interactions, and brand-search lift.
The outcome: a steady cadence of premium content with consistent regional voice, lifts in qualified configurator sessions, and a creative system the in-house team could brief against quickly.
